 Last night 21 October 2015, Giorgio Italian Ristorante Pizzeria held a small and intimate event called Italian Night to launch a new menu with the newly appointed Italian Chef Bruno Olmi, who has created an impressive Italian dishes which embrace the flavors and simplicity of the authentic Italian cuisine.

 Local media, Italian communities, hoteliers around Tanjung Benoa, tour operators, and suppliers were the invitees, mingled while enjoying around 25 tasting menu and wine passed around the guest. DJ spin the Italian chill out music throughout the night.

 Dishes featured included everything from Carpaccio di Manzo – beef carpaccio with rucola leaves, shaved parmesan and extra virgin olive oil, to Ravioli Burro E Salvia – homemade ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach, butter and sage sauce. The popular Spaghetti Carbonara – spaghetti with carbonara sauce. Pasta and Pizza lovers shouldn’t worry as all pasta and pizza are all freshly made. Gluten free option is available too.

 And no authentic Italian meal would be complete without the rich and Italian classic desserts, Tiramisu – the traditional Italian all-time favorite coffee and cheese dessert and Panna Cotta Alle Fragole – sweetened cream cooked and aromatized with vanilla beans served with strawberry coulis will be a sweet seal to your Italian fare dinner.
