    Asri and Sari were extremely helpful and very polite. They truly took care of all our needs and many of our wants. We were a very large and demanding group, but the Windu team was with us like a charm. The pool was beautiful, and the fun toys added to our enjoyment. The food was fantastic, and the staff was very accommodating. Thank you to the entire team for being so lovely. Our family had an amazing time and would love to come back one day!

    Such a beautiful place! We had the best time; the staff are amazing, so attentive and friendly. We holiday with our family regularly, and Windu Asri will be in our memories for a very long time. It will be hard to find a better place for our next holiday. Maybe we will just have to keep coming back. If we could, we would stay for another week or two.

    Thank you so very much for your hospitality, care, and kindness for our family over the past week; it has been exceptional. Every need has been met, and nothing was ever a problem. We were always greeted with a big smile and made to feel so comfortable. Traveling with small children can always be a little daunting, but the staff here have been like an extended family to us, everyone happy to lend a hand, give my baby cuddle, help with bottles in the middle of the night, even to help with a doctor's visit when he was unwell. I am so grateful to each one of you. You go absolutely above and beyond, and it's why we keep coming back to this villa. Many of us have traveled across the world, but nothing ever comes close to the service here at Windu Asri. We are very grateful for making our holiday together as a family the most wonderful experience, memories we will cherish for a lifetime.

    Thank you very much for having our family. it was the perfect oasis for our christmas week The staff were beyond exceptional, kind thoughtful and caring we couldn't have asked for more the food was delicious especially christmas lunch that was amazing the rooms and accommodation were perfect for 12 people plenty of space and room for us all. We appreciated the pre warning about the building works and grateful a discount was offered Honestly this was the most beautiful holiday we could have asked for. We would love to come back and stay again thank you again for all the kind hospitality the staff here are all beautiful.

    Our stay at Windu Villas has been comfortable. The villas were well serviced and clean. The staff has gone above and beyond to deliver every step of the way. They have been eager, willing, and very attentive. We were a large group of 21 people ranging from 1 to 80 years, and every person has felt equally taken care of. We are all leaving with our bellies and hearts full.

    This is our 3rd visit and we absolutely love it more everytime. the staff are incredible and we were so glad they were retained throughout covid. i could not imagine staying with anyone else even with a smaller group thank you very much.

    We loved our stay at Windu Asri so much! the villa was perfect in all ways! the rooms wrere very spacious and comfortable. The food was always so good! all common spaces were well maintained best of alll were the highly attentive staff. all of them made our stay extra special 2 nights at the villa was not enough! but they were able to make it feel like home and the staff felt like family/friends. they were very warm and especially kind and patient with the children. Thank you so much we will stay here again if we come back to Bali.

    This is the stuff that dreams are made of. Windu Asri was the perfect place to celebrate an important milestone birthday and a gathering of old and new friends from around the world. We discovered that everything is possible _ we needed only to ask, and sometimes our need were even anticipated . From the beautiful, comfortable bedrooms to elegant communal ( social areas, it was the perfect setting. The luxury was surpassed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the exceptional staff. There is even talk of a reunion- same time same place! Thank you for the attention to details, the impeccable service and making it so easy for us to just let our hair down and relax during these few days in paradise. We will recommend Windu Asri to friends and family without hesitation!

    This has been a fantastic and amazing holiday. The staff are sensational and are probably the best in all of Bali. The villa is exceptional, the beds are comfortable and everything is well maintained. The villa is pure luxury and is well worth the money. This is the best holiday that we been ever had.

    It was a great stay with Windu Asri. We are a group of 8 + 1 baby. all service staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful. The chef Anik Pampers us with good food and always there when we need. the service staff are nice and hard working. We have a 6 month old baby. all them made sure he is also well taken care of which my husband and I are very grateful. Thank you for loving our baby tomato. thank you all for taking care of us too.     We had an amazing stay at Villa Windu Asri. The villa is huge and spacious with plenty of room for our 2 families. The staff members are all amazing and made our stay so comfortable. We would highly recommend staying at the villa its also in a great location close to shops and restaurants. All in all, a fantastic villa!

    Villa Windu Asrii is an elegant new villa designed in the colonial style of the Rafles Hotel, Singapore. There are six self contained, spacious bedrooms with tv, a/c and en suite bathrooms. There are many outdoor areas for guests to congregate, or read and rest alone. The air-conditioned media room with large flat screened tv is good for group movie watching, or, in our case watching the Melbourne Cup together. Even the gym got plenty of use by some of our group. All facilities are excellently maintained. The staff are friendly, helpful, well trained and experienced and computer literate. The beach is in easy walking distance, as are many very good Seminyak restaurants. The site is quiet and secure. Very highly recommended.

    The villa itself is impeccable. It is very large and easily accommodated 3 families. Having stayed in quite a few high-end villas, I can say that the staff at Windu Asri are the most capable staff that we have come across. Everything is done perfectly, unobtrusively and nothing is a problem.

    Villa Windu Asri and the staff there were a dream, we were a group of 8 girls travelling for my birthday and we couldn't have found a more stunning villa, but here the staff were the Heros, they could not do enough for us. They were gentle natured and so incredibly helpful. We did not want to leave! Thank you to Made, Anik and all the staff for making our trip one we will remember fondly forever!

    Vila Asri was beautiful and very well run by wonderful staff who took care of our every need graciously and warmly. The pool are was a dream and with plenty of outside areas to relax in we hardly left the Vila grounds. The food was always delicious and nothing was too much trouble. Beds were changed daily and towels almost too often. Trips and outings were arranged for us by the manager with little notice required. Our elderly companions (79/80 yrs old) found walking to the beach a little testing as the pavements didn't exist in some places but taxis were plentiful and cheap. Restaurants were also wonderful and we enjoyed 4 very different culinary experiences .All in all a fabulous holiday which we will most definitely repeat.

    Windu Asri is an absolute gem. It is like living in a 5 star hotel but being the only guests in residence. Everything was perfect - rooms, food, staff, pool, amenities. The staff deserve a special extra mention: they were highly professional, friendly, helpful and discrete. Anie's cooking was the best we have experienced in a villa. We all dream of going back!

    The villa is very spacious and perfect for larger groups of 10-15 people. Nicely desiged with enough privacy for the bedrooms and central living areas. The staff is extremely friendly and accomodative.

    Absolutely beautiful villa - our family spent 10 wonderful days at Wind Asri and had a fantastic time. Bedrooms were beautiful, outdoor pool and living areas were so relaxing with multiple break-out areas to find your own space if needed. Staff were amazing with all of our requests provided with excellent service. Highly recommend and look forward to going back there again soon.
