    The team at Pandawa Cliff Estate was super helpful and top-notch. We had our wedding at the Pala Villa, and everything exceeded our expectations. We waited 2 years to get our desired wedding date, and it was well worth the wait. The condition of the villa was as good as new, exactly the same as when we viewed the venue 2 years ago. It was well worth the wait, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a wedding venue in Bali. A special shout-out to Agung and his team of butlers for ensuring that everything went smoothly for the bride and groom, as well as all the guests in the villa. Thank you!

    We just experienced the best wedding ever at Pandawa Cliff Estate. We were so honored to have stayed at the Pala Villa and truly savored the view every single day. The staff were so kind and attentive. They kept our room tidy twice a day. We always looked forward to breakfast because they served fruits like dragonfruit, papaya, and watermelon. My 1-year-old daughter especially enjoyed the dragonfruit. I ate mie goreng every day for breakfast and nasi goreng for lunch because it was just too delicious. The chef and staff of the Pala Villa took really good care of us, and we had a very relaxing time during our stay.

    My family and I recently booked the entire estate for five days to host our two-day wedding, and the experience was beyond anything I could have imagined. The impeccable service, the pristine condition of every room, and the unwavering kindness and generosity of the staff made our stay truly unforgettable. The food was also exceptionally delicious, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Throughout our two-day wedding, every detail was meticulously taken care of. For instance, when we needed more water, the staff promptly provided bottled water. After the reception, when guests’ belongings were scattered due to impromptu pool jumps, the staff efficiently organized everything for us. The villas and the location are breathtakingly beautiful, enhancing the magical atmosphere of our celebration. I cannot recommend Pandawa more. If anyone is thinking of going there or having their wedding there, it's an easy yes.

    5-star view and service. We immediately fell in love with The Pala the first time we saw it and knew right away it was the venue we wanted for our wedding. Besides the 5-star view the villa offers, the service and hospitality were simply impeccable and perfect. Everyone always had a smile on their face and was quick to attend to any of our requests. Throughout our stay, we always felt right at home and didn't feel the need to leave the place at all, as we had everything we needed right there. Phenomenal Team: The villa team went above and beyond. From morning breakfasts to fresh pool towels day and night, they pampered us like royalty.     Best villa for a wedding or getaway. Had our wedding there and gonna say it’s one of the best experiences. We booked all the villas for a 4 days 3 nights event, and the staff there, special mention to our butler Agung who made our day. He was meticulous and was able to assist us in every way from transport, to packing and some other miscellaneous tasks. I highly recommend Pandawa Cliff Estate if you are planning a wedding or just looking for a getaway.

    Impressive crew and villa. I can’t ask for more than what the crew has done for us during the 5 days stay. They took a lot of pride in ensuring that their professionalism and hospitality are felt. The villa is impeccable, second to none.     Meets every expectation for a perfect wedding We stayed for three days for our wedding, and wished we could stay there for weeks longer! The villa is a paradise for wedding, with an open southward view to the Indian ocean, and long coast lines left and right. Special shout out to Rizal the property manager on-site. Rizal was very warm, welcoming, and accommodating to us. Always responsive and helpful to the family. Among the staff there is even a lady who speaks Chinese and Hokkien (which my family speak), which we didn't even request.

    I don't leave reviews often but this time my vacation was so perfect that I can't help but write a few words about the villa we stayed in. A luxurious and comfortable place with such friendly staff. The view from the villa was unforgettable - serene infinite sea views and lush greenery. The food was delicious and varied. Our children felt at home because the food was freshly made, healthy and tasty (chicken soup like grandma's). We really felt that we were in paradise. We were impressed by the first-class service and modern facilities hence we didn't want to leave. It is undoubtedly one of the best villas. I've been recommending this place to everyone.

    Overall our family really happy to stay in here. The service is good with beautiful view. The food is so good, but little note with the chili not strong with 27 pcs.     This is our first time using villas for a regional leadership meeting. I am very impressed with the facilities, preparation and importantly the team responsible to make our meeting and stay so memorable. Our meeting scheduled for 3 days with one day stay in meeting and leisure activities on Nyepi festival. The staff are nice and helpful to us . We had an experience of the galaxy in the dark! The meals we had every day (3 meals) were very delicious and fresh. Thank you, chef ! Everyone in the team is so polite, patient and helpful. I would like to personally appreciate Pak Moko , Agung & Putu, they made our entire stay a different memorable experience, a very special one. A huge than you to the team of Pandawa Cliff Estate.     Our stay was absolutely perfect. We picked Pandawa Cliff Estate after an extensive search for our wedding day. When we first arrived on location we knew right away this was it, but what really sold it to us was Diego's friendliness and absolute generosity to offer us all the information and tour of the Estate. We knew how important it was to also have a good professionalism that understood our needs. During our planning Diego gave us his personal number and we were very pleasantly surprised by the level of service and response even before we paid or confirmed our stay!!! We were absolutely impressed by this throughout our stay. During our stay Agung and his crew really took good care of us! Everything from special request from the grocery store liquor etc. they took intermediately. Towels and the poolside was spotless and the rooms were impeccably clean and well stocked with amenities. Your chef was also amazing!!! The BBQ dinner and breakfast, dinners and lunch were fabulous.

    From the moment we arrived to this fantastic house we have been pampered like we where almost royal with the service level of the best five stars hotels in the world. The staff and Diego has made sure that our smallest wish has been handled to perfection. I believe we have been quite active guests with many ideas and wishes, perhaps too many, but there has not been one moment of us feeling like we have asked for too much, the team here has over-delivered on everything we have asked for. Every external service provided that be golf, personal trainer, rafting, dance-shows, fire-shows and many other activities they have all truly been five star in both the service and the people supplying the service. Food, cleanliness, eye for details - its hard to describe without sounding like we exaggerate but it's just perfect .We have lived the dream and cannot wait to tell friends and love ones about this unforgettable experience, we can't wait to come back.     This is my, probably 10th time in Bali, but for the first time I stayed in a villa by a cliff. The location of the villa was stupendous, great view by the ocean and by night, you have 180degrees of the sky. Service was by far one of the best, the team were very attentive and catered to all our request without much hassle. Best for family or friend gathering, kids friendly too!

    The Pala was truly amazing, the staff, location and villa itself could not be faulted. From the moment you walk through the front door it had the WOW factor. The staff bent over backwards to make sure we were well looked after, always with a smile on their face. Chef Wayan and his crew worked wonders in the kitchen, the market tour and cooking class we did with them was fantastic. Pandawa was a definite gem that we found and hope we can return again one day.

    The Villa is big and beautiful as per the website, we were there for 4 days and happy being pampered by the helpful staff, especially Ms. Yanik and the Chef. The facilities and rooms are very well maintained the only set back is that it should have an outdoor Jacuzzi probably next to the infinity pool. We thank the owner and staff for obliging to few of our request prior to check-in. Overall this is a luxurious, well kept, nice view villa, a good place to have bonding with families and friends.

    We're staying at the estate from May.25-27.2014, from the time we're arriving at Bali airport the estate driver who pickup us already gave good impression by preparing for us cold towel and mineral water inside the car. At the time we are arriving at the villas estate around late evening, the manager (Diego) already standby in front of the villas and gave us warm welcome and help us himself to carry our bags to villa living room. There are 6 rooms inside the villa, the best bedroom is the most front on the left wing side which having 180 degree of ocean view right from your bed ! spectacular ! The other 5 rooms also very goods in terms of amenities and facilities, however, the bedrooms on the right wing side not so good in terms of ocean view, because block by the tree. Living room and dining room also very spacious. Swimming pool not too big, however, it's an infinity edge pool, impressive ! In overall, we're very satisfy during our stay at this villa, we will recommend our friends to stay at this villa in the future.

    We spent 6 heavenly days at The Pala earlier this month [May], and floated back to Hong Kong afterwards. What a fantastic villa, team and location. With great memories of seafood BBQs, scooter rides to the surf beaches, foot massages overlooking the ocean, and THAT infinity pool: this looks set to become an annual trip. We can't rave about it enough.
